The making process of pressed powder
There are two production processes for pressed powder: wet method and dry method.
(1) Wet method
First grind and mix the coloring pigments and powder raw materials evenly, then sieving, then adding the binder solution or emulsion and flavor, and then fully mixing, sieving, the resulting mixture particles are dried at room temperature or warm air, and finally the product Press into a shape and put it into an appropriate packaging container.
(2) Dry method
Dry method is suitable for large-scale production, mainly because it needs to use greater pressure.
The coloring pigment is mixed and crushed in a mixer, and then mixed with the pre-dissolved and mixed matrix and flavor. After mixing and toning, it is added by spraying and mixed evenly. After the above materials are crushed by a pulverizer, they are sieved, compressed in a box and then packaged.
