1. Coloring process
- Anodized aluminum: aluminum exterior, wrapped with a layer of plastic on the inner layer.
- Electroplating (UV): Compared with the spray pattern, the effect is brighter.
- Spraying: Compared with electroplating, the color is dull.
- Outer spraying of the inner bottle: spraying on the outside of the inner bottle, there is a clear gap between the outer bottle and the outer bottle, and the spraying area is small when viewed from the side.
- Inner spraying on the outer bottle: It is sprayed on the inside of the outer bottle. It looks larger from the outside and smaller from the vertical plane, and there is no gap between the inner bottle.
- Brushed gold and silver: It is actually a film, and you can find the gaps in the bottle body by careful observation.
- Secondary oxidation: secondary oxidation is performed on the original oxide layer, so that the glossy surface is covered with a dull surface pattern or the dull surface has a glossy pattern, which is mostly used for logo production.
- Injection color: Toner is added to the raw materials when the product is injected. The process is relatively cheap. Pearl powder can also be added. Adding cornstarch will make the transparent color of PET become opaque.
2. Printing process
- Silk screen: The effect after printing has obvious unevenness, because it is a layer of ink.
The regular bottle (cylindrical type) of silk screen printing can be finished at one time, and the other irregular one has a one-time cost. The color is also a one-time cost, which is divided into two types: self-drying ink and UV ink.
- Hot stamping: It is a thin layer of paper stamped on it, so there is no bumpy feeling of silk screen printing.
Hot stamping is best not to directly on the two materials of PE and PP, you need to perform thermal transfer before hot stamping, or you can also directly hot stamp with good hot stamping paper.
- Water transfer: It is an irregular printing process carried out in water. The printed lines are inconsistent and the price is more expensive.
- Thermal transfer: Thermal transfer is mostly used for products with large volume and complex printing. It is a kind of film attached to the surface and the price is relatively expensive.
- Offset printing: It is mostly used for aluminum-plastic hoses and all-plastic hoses. If the offset printing is a colored hose, you must use silk screen printing. The offset printing will show the background color and sometimes attach a layer of bright film or sub membrane.
